I wake up at 7am every day to give my lil sister a ride to school. Every mourning it will bogg down to like 200 or 300 rpms it will all most die.But it does not matter if the clutch is in or out. what could it be?
Tires or no tires it might be an idle air control on your throttle body. Start with checking codes. Then spray around and check for vacuum leaks. Check the big line going to the brake booster well. Report back
Bottom line dont throw money at it pull your codes first. All we can give you right now are random guess's.
