Finally there is an affordable solution to bending tube without mounting the bender the ground, buying adapter kits for hydraulic cylinders, or requiring you to rip on a 4 foot bar while you try to read a degree wheel you can't even reach. Our kit comes with EVERYTHING you need except the air/hydraulic cylinder, which is available nearly everywhere at Harbor Freight for about $80 (without paying shipping). Our Rogue Fab Bender bends vertically to save space in your shop. It can bend the first 90 degrees without pulling any pins or using any ratchet mechanism (then you re-pin to bend more). It is portable! This tool is Made in the U.S.A. out of US made metal/materials and packaged in US made boxes. We back our rock-solid engineering with the fastest shipping and best customer service and tech support in the industry. We will ship your order in 1 business day 99% of the time. Don't take our word on the customer service, call us and see for yourself: 503-389-5413.

Our benders can keep up with your business. We offer our tube benders fully assembled and powder coated (additional cost), and with complete tooling packages and professional 1200+ lb capacity bender carts for large fabrication shops. We also have a 2HP double acting fully engineering electric/hydraulic power system that has 2 adjustable auto stops for precision manufacturing of repeat parts. We get absolutely amazing rates on LTL freight. We would be happy to get your tools palletized and delivered to your loading dock.

Here is our bender on one of our Elite carts with the optional 2HP Electric Hydraulic upgrade and optional 195 degree adjustable Auto Stops (We also have a mount that attaches our VersaNotcher to our carts):

We have 30+ dies that fit this bender. There are many options to allow you to bend 4130 Chromoly, Pre-Polished stainless (including low carbon 316) without a scratch, aluminum, and of course pipe, square tube, DOM, HREW, and solid bar stock. Did you notice the chunk of 1.75 SOLID ROUND BAR bent to 90 degrees?:

Here is our tradesman set, $1649 as a weld together kit without the $80 ram, with a range of dies from 1 inch to 2 inch (1/4" sizes). That is a bender AND (5) 180 degree dies for $1649! (2.00x6.00, 1.75x6.0, 1.50x4.5, 1.25x4.5, 1.0x3.5)

Here is a good reason to bend the heavy walled stuff: suspension links. We bent this tubing for a customer with a 72 bronco. He is going to make radius arms with bends in them for tire clearance. Material is 1.75x.250 and 1.50x.250 DOM.

Just wanted to annoucne that ATV & side-by-side illustrated just published a 4 page article on our bender in their April 2013 issue. Here is a link to the article:

We just found a nice review posted by one of our customers. Garrett in Lake Elsinore posted this on the NAXJA forumsa little while ago:

"Let me start by saying I am posting this thread up for anyone that Is in the market for a new tube bender. This is my experience, as a rookie, novice, and self-taught builder. I have no ties to the said manufacturer of this product. I paid full price for it, didn't get any kickbacks or free stuff. I just want to give other people, like myself, a chance to see how this product performs.

I recently purchased a Rogue fab tube bender to aid in the cage construction for my current build. This is my first real tube bender, and really my first attempt at building a roll cage. I have used a cheapo HF crush bender, in the past, to build a bumper and tire carrier, but this is a whole other animal.

I decided to go with their most affordable set up, the 1.75", 4.5" CLR, 180' bender/die set. I feel bad for the delivery guy that had to carry this to my door step, as this is a 100lb package deal in one box.

The bender comes unassembled and has to be welded together. The instructions were very simple to follow, and all the pieces really fit together quite well. The only item I had to go out and purchase was an air/hydro ram that I picked up from harbor freight for about $60 after all my discounts.
It took about 2 hours for me to assemble and weld everything together. I still have yet to paint it, but I wanted to make sure I knew how to operate it before I get it all painted up. I did find that the hitch pins they send with the kit have a VERY TIGHT fit. Only one of the pins really get pulled on a regular basis, so I just lubed the others and worked them in. Maybe a little clearancing in these locations would help them fit a little better.

The fully assembled unit is VERY heavy. I am tempted to mount some small casters under it to make it easier to move around the garage. If I had a tall shop, I would mount it to a mobile bench for sure. The unit seems to be very well balanced, it doesn't even budge with a 10' section of pipe hanging off the side of it, so I do t think it would have any issues sitting on a bench.
I have really liked working with this bender, it's a great product"

And here is his Jeep and our bender:

We just made another small revision to the bender design. All benders are now shipping with .25" thick ram mounts. Before they were .1875". We discovered some flexing in the ram mounts when we were bending 2.00x.188 DOM!!! This is some serious beef material guys and gals.

We just came out with a full line of UHMW PE pressure dies. These will let raw aluminum, anodized aluminum, and polished or mill finished stainless slide through your bender like butter. Not a scratch will be left on the tube.

We have wrapped up the electric hydraulic upgrade!

It is available 115/230V, and comes with a full 2HP motor and double acting cylinder and valve. Many other bender companies are selling off-the-shelf auto lift powerpacks that are only one directional. The best thing about this system is that it has 195 degree adjustable auto stops! We just shot a video of them last night. We will be editing and uploading it shortly (its alsmost half a gig for just one video, it may take a while).

Here are a couple shots, click on them to check pricing and options on our web page. This is not a made-in-China system either. The cylinder is made here in the USA, along with the power unit and many other parts. The valve is from Europe and the motor is non-US North America. The parts from the pacific rim can fit in one hand (a few switches).

Cyber Monday at Rogue Fabrication - HUGE SALE

We aren't known for sales and discounts. We crush our competition in terms of features per dollar on every tool we make, even when their tools are on sale... but we want to set a new daily sales record, so this year we aren't just doing half off shipping, we have many other discounts, even on our large packages that already had free freight delivery and built in savings to start with!

Just a note- half of these coupon codes were generated at the specific request of our customers. It pays to share our FB page, follow us on Instagram, or just post on one of our threads on Jeep Forum and tell us how much you like our tools and service. We try to make it worth your while and not treat you like just another paycheck for us.:smokin:
