Rolled it into the shop, pulled the driver's side door, and after a little grinding, and a little work with the MIG, I have new hinge pins and new bushings. Closes with one finger now, no sag. :highfive:
Also put the gauges on the AC, and grabbed the soapy water and UV light to see where it was leaking. Lowside port. Replaced the port, still had enough R134 in the system to short-cycle the compressor. Recharged it until I was getting a solid 55 psi off the lowside port, and cold air inside.:2thumbsup:
Took my new tires on my new-to-me jeep and headed for an ATV trail down the road from the house. This non-lifted stock ZJ acted like it was bored. Ho hum. Said it to me, "What is this, the dirt road to grandma's house?" Going to have to try something harder. It did climb a nice steep (45 degree) hill though.
