1995 jeep yj starting problems

My 1995 jeep yj 2.5l 5 speed was sitting for almost 10 years.

First thing I did was remove old fuel and did a complete tune up (oil change, fuel filter, rotor dist. Cap plugs wires.)

Added lucas fuel treatment( full bottle not sure if it was a mistake :s)and fresh fuel and hand cranked motor before starting.

Would turn over but wouldn't fire so I checked fuel pressure to learn the fuel pump was done so I dropped the tank and replaced the pump and she fired up ran a little rough and then smoothed out.

Now after about 50 km of trouble free driving over about a weeks time one morning she didn't want to start but did after a few attempts but now doesn't want to start at all.

Here is what I have troubleshooted
-fuel pressure is 35psi
-has lots of spark
-new map sensor (it threw the code)
-I squirted a tiny shot if starting fluid in the intake and she fired and ran like absolute **** with a fair bit of smoke but stayed running (maybe injectors are the clogged but no code shows.

I'm stumped any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should be 31 psi during idle and cranking. It should be 39 at wide open throttle. To test this hook a fuel pressure gauge up and fire up the engine. With it running at idle not the pressure. Now disconnect the vacuum line with it still running.(The vacuum line plugs into a round disc like thing(Thats the regulator) on the grill side of the fuel rail) When you disconnect that vacuum line it should jump to 39 psi.
