Check engine light popped on yesterday going to work. I pulled over and did the key dance and it showed me P 0700. I was actually happy it was a tranny issue and not an engine issue.

So, based on how it was acting and some diagnosis I replaced the input speed sensor. I would have just went a gotten it scanned with a DRB3 but its sunday, and all the shops are closed tomorrow so I just decided to throw the 20 bucks at it hoping it takes the sacrifice. Have any of you guys replaced the input speed sensor? Who the hell designed the shift cable to go right over the connector? That was annoying. But it only took a total of 10 minutes replacing it and now the problem is gone.

I replaced my radiator and thermostat and new coolant. But when I drive the temp goes up really fast any one know what the problem could be?
Did you get the air out of the system? Im on my phone so I cant see if you have the 4.7 or the 4.0. The 4.7 has a bleeder screw, but for either engine you can unscrew the radiator cap and let it idle with the heat on full blast. You should see bubbles come out of the radiator cap. Let it idle untill it stops bubbling out. Then all the air should be gone.

Yeah I did I have the 4.7 and bled it from the bleeder screw to start and then closed that and finished bleeding out of the radiator cap

Installed my IRO 3" lift with bilsteins and adj track bar and everything went smoothly except their tap job on the female portion of the adj track bar was complete and utter ****. Had to run all over town to find a tap that big in a store open on sunday. Running 265/70/17 GY Wrangler Authority with no trim anywhere. It can be done for mall crawling but it needs a good trimming. Will get around to it next weekend probably. Flexed it in a buddy's drainage ditch and it rubbed in the rear BAD.

Happy 180, Leroy!
That reminds me, I have had my WJ's up to about 110 MPH, has anyone ever figured out the top speed of them?

Mine has a governor at 114 or 115. Hit it both stock and after the 3" lift and 32"s. I was REALLY dumb when I was a little younger.

Congrats on the lift. Was the problem with the IRO track bar or JKS?

I will never drive my WJ top speed. **** is scary enough at 80 lol
Had mine flat out once....just to say i did you know (just over 120 on the clock)!....... it was rock solid but its only lifted a couple of inches....dont think think I would want to do the same thing on a 6 inch lifted one with winch bumpers etc!
