Spent the last 2 days trying to solve the low flow out of the passenger side vents along with a problem with the passenger side not blowing as cold as the driver side. Spent a lot of time searching this forum as well as other forums. Found quite a few leaks and taped them up. I even did something I haven't seen mentioned here. I've done the "through the glove box blend door fix." After taping everything up, I still wasn't happy with the flow, so I re-built the inner wall of the blend door assembly and now I'm happy with the flow. However, the air blowing out is still cool not cold like the drivers side. I always drive so it's not a big deal to me. The wife on the other hand is not pleased. The center console vents blow very cold air, so I rigged them to blow more towards the passenger side. If she's not happy with that, I'll be left with 2 options. 1- Buy a new vehicle or 2- Let her drive. I'm leaning towards #1.

Would love to know why I can't get cold air out of the passenger vents. FWIW, my recirc door is fine. No codes and I watched it move like it should.

How's your AC charge?

A poor/undercharge can show in this way in a dual zone climate control system.

Tryed to track down why my over head lights won't work, it's not a fuse checked them all. Any ideas????
As in roof lights? or interior courtesy lights? If courtesy lights, did you hit the rear one turning them all off at all?

Got the old front diff cover pulled,
drained off smelly fluid, no water in it, looked ok,
Inspected gears, ok,
Check magnet, nothing much, no worries,
Mounted my new BTF diff cover with Black RTV.
Waited 2 hours,,,, drinking coofee and gave my both front seats a Good Meguiars 2 step threatment.
RTV seemed quite dry by now, refilled with Redline 75W-140, got about 1.7-1.8qts in it with the new BTF cover,
and i noticed the filler Hole sits about 1/2" higher than the stock.

Drove 2 km home, recheck, no leak

:) :) :)
Looks nice, Paint those allen bolts on your BTF cover or they will rust, plug too.
