Hope your shaft holds up for you. Dayton clutch and joint are horrible and won't stand by their product.
Well their weld wasnt bad and they set me up in an hour on a saturday so thats good by me. Havent been there in 10 yrs. Had a shaft on a van straightened, balanced, new joints and rear yoke for like 80$ back then.

So I dont know anyway it the dang front shafts holdin me back now guess Ill go through both of em.

I installed a ground cable from the front of the frame to the rear, with lugs at each end and heavy gauge connections for the tail lights and gas tank. I dropped the gas tank to see whats going on with the non-functioning fuel gauge, ordered a new sending unit and gauge, repaired the PO's hack wiring job. Also had the local exhaust shop put in a muffler and new hangers for the exhaust system this morning. No more driving for a week or so while parts ship... :(

Well I got my driveshaft cut down 1" Slapped it in and made a few final checks. It all looks and feels really solid. Im happy with it and the whole ordeal cost me under 250$.

I might reccomend either cutting it down or getting a full width front to match it. It kinda reminds me of that cartoon dune buggy from the 70s.
How wide are your rear wheels though? 15x10?

Paracord wrap on my roll bar.
Can't find padding for intermediate jeeps, so I did this, pain in the neck but worth it:)
You deserve a medal

Your rear shock mount is broken too. The shock is supposed to be connected to the spring plate.
I'm good right? You had me worried about it until I went and looked at it again since it totally looks like the shock is hovering in the picture.

Looks like the shock is good, brake lines are no longer attached to the axle. Also, it looks like the line is leaking pretty good where it connects on the passenger drum too.
I re did the axle seal the other day and didn't clean it up very good. I also replaced the brake line from the wheel to the splitter and I guess I forgot to re attach the splitter. The PO had zip tied it to the axle. What is a better way to do that?

With a SOA the brake lines need to be lengthened and relocated. Stock, mine attach to spring perch. Location might still be there for you. If not, probably fab a small bracket.

I can see the mounting hole for it in the one picture.

Having the shocks mounted like that will give you very little travel also.
