Base ZJs from 93 had that cladding.
This ^ love the base model :) a lot less junk that I don't need like beeping Vic's and overheads that my v8 had.

OT:
When you get death wobble after a wheeling trip and you're confused because there should be no reason since almost everything is in top shape -.- except the uca's which could use some tending to but probably not the cause.

Still had a good time though

Hey hey hey. Do you have a windshield wiper on the back window??? There was a rumor that a handful made without one. Have yet to find one...

LSx deserve to crash and burn. I hate those motors. There's no originality in an LS swap. Everybody's done it to every kind of car, ever. It's all been done before. I like to see creativity and uniqueness, not something they make a kit for.

I think I'm gonna try and supercharge the 4.0 just because it can be done. Think an M62 might be on the small side for an engine that big?

You know you drive a ZJ when the smallest engine available to you is, in any other application, huge.

Indeed I do but it's kinda pointless since the wiper blade is shot

When you're pulling apart the front to find the death wobble cause and find this in the lower control arm..

GM used a 4.2 I6 in the Trailblazer and such up until a couple years ago.

The LS is used by everyone because it makes a ton of power easily and swaps into a bunch of things easily. A boosted 4.0 is much, much cooler though (and a cammed and boosted 4.0 with a ported head could make some serious power, possibly enough to worry about the stock bottom end holding up).

mount broken off? or just missing the bolt? i cant tell
That's the metal sleeve inside the axle side of the control arm bushing that's supposed to house the bolt, which is supposed to be circular, the sleeve had something go wrong because its the shape of a tear drop, scumbag rough country, called them and just have to find my proof of purchase to get another free.

The more time I spend on jf, the happier I am I didn't go straight to the rough country. Stories keep getting worse.
I called them last night and the guy was kinda ******y but he said as long as I give him the order # for proof of purchase they'll send out the replacement. Seemed simple. Guess ill find out for sure

When you sit around checking the weather hoping it'll be nice enough this weekend to install shiny new parts.
When you're mad that its gonna be s****** this weekend when you were going to go pull parts

When you're even angrier that you got such a pathetic pay cheque that jeep doesn't even make it into the semimonthly budget period.... Neither does booze or entertainment. I'm gonna be at home bored out of my skull for the next three weeks until my vacation I hope I will be able to save enough for. Road trips at 12.7 mpg get expensive fast
