Oh lol, yeah I've heard of daniel, didn't know it was the same thing lol. I heard stories that for a tj you need at least 35's with excellent lines or spotter or at least one locker

Anyone who thinks that is either uninformed, ignorant, or doesn't know what the hell they are talking about. Take your pick. I've been up Daniel in my TJ when it was stock on 31" ATs.
If you mean have it as in owning it, that is easy. If you mean have it as in have it installed in the vehicle, you better get cracking. That's a lot of work to get done in 3 weeks.
That's the thing...idk if he is. He keeps saying he likes it and would rather go that route but he hasn't said anything about buying it  I have a pretty good opportunity to get a job up at school so if that goes through I may just buy it. Me nor my dad have never welded before so the normal 8.8 swap would be a huge challenge.
The 8.8's from ecgs are in the same range as bolt in 44's from g2 and superior. Just another route you could think about, idk what your take is 44vs 8.8 though

That is assuming though that you are going straight to a built axle. He can get an 8.8 with factory 3.73s and no locker for much cheaper than that. Might be cheaper to find a stock tj44 though.
Right, but the prices you listed are for axles with gears, chromos, and lockers. He never anything about those. You can order an 8.8 from ecgs with factory 3.73s, shafts, and lsd with a tj axle bracket kit for significantly less than what you quoted.
didnt think of it that way. so basically all your paying for is the axle with the kit mounted. he would still be able to do his own build on it. this is why i post here. sometimes you cant figure everything out on your own. i appreciate that
i might come watch some jeeps go up daniel. i dont really want to try it with my stock jeep. ive driven up to the point where things get difficult, but never really was interested in attempting it.
You could make it with the right lines and a good spotter probably. Worst case you can ride with one of us
