I figured since the other thread started out as talking about making a club, and what clubs are available, we should have a thread that's just dedicated to setting up trail runs.
The title says it all, and it'll be less cluttered.
So, the 9/18/10 Run to Potato Ridge was a success!
Next item on the schedule is Logandale on 10/23/10 according to McRoberts. Seems like we have a few interested parties! Who all is planning to attend?
If there is anything in the meantime, or someone local wants another rig to ride with them, just post up and see if anyone is available!
Hey adams! What side of town do you live on? Im planning on going shooting on sunday to try out my new g23 I just bought. I was thinking of going to CCSP.
The last two races of the day will be the most spectator exciting to watch. The 2nd to last race is the trophy trucks and unlimited buggies and some of the other faster classes. The last race of the day will be 1450 which has evolved into basicly garage built trophy trucks and it's where all the kids with the prerunners will race, there's like 70 trucks entered in that class right now. Also class 2000 is that heat too which is where we should be at with our truck today but the cards just didn't fall right.
Blah, I'm up earlier than I would be in a week day and I'm headed to the officebecause I get the pleasure of doing the brakes on a few of our 2500's today.
Woohoo....oh well at least my boss normally tosses me a bill for helpin out I guess I can think of worse ways to spend a day than wrenching
If they go in exactly as designed they are easy. I have heard of guys having to grind their carriers and such but those are rare. Other than that, afternoon job working leisurely.

CCSP pissed me off today. Drove all the way up there from Henderson and and they were not allowing anyone to put targets out because it was too windy. You could still shoot, but could only shoot at the dirt...WTF?

Scott, thanks for the help with the fake grass. It came out pretty good.
Andy, your meter sucks. Nick checked my swr with his bench meter and it was a straight 1:1. I guess I got all worried for nothing. He said that my CB was putting out higher power like it had been modified too. Who knows. I guess I officially have a working CB for the trails now.
Went out and put about 30 rounds down tube on an XDs .45, shot my regular XD .45 as well, and plinked for a whioe with the .22's.. good day & I put up all the targets I wanted too! Now I wanna buy an XDs.
Daytona 500 is tomorrow. That plus I don't have one of those blue cards... haven't you seen Red Dawn? That's how they find you. Heck Mexico has already asked for a list of registered gun owners in the border states.
Ahh you guys are all no fun! Powr? I know you want to go shooting.
And you guys who have other plans have fun also.
