You dont think you need more support under that plate. Looks like if you have to pull up or down with 10k it will fold like a tin can. How thick is that 2x2 cross tube? I have a tendency to over build things.
Everything is 1/4" thick. I see what your saying about up and down, I did think about that but the 2x2 tube that's mounting the plate to the crossbar is covering a lot of surface on the plate with strong welds. You can jack the jeep up by it but ill see if I need to add gussets after a few pulls.

Hope so. Jacking it up probably only applys 1000 lbs of less. You will be applying probably up to 8000 lbs. You only have maybe four 2" welds at two corners. Although its not like it will be flying off if it fails winching and it lets go.

Car wash only gets the outside. Your seeing the inside. Guess I could run it through with the half doors on.

The dirt is a security feature. If it is disturbed I can tell someone has been messing with it. :D

It went from this to this in 4 hours.

Ill take a pic from the side tomorrow to show you what it looks like. The motor will burn up on the winch before the plate bends or the weld breaks. The plate itself doesn't over hang the tube by a lot. Which is why Ill be highly surprised to see it bend. Ill update tomorrow. Thanks for the input though.

Got my switch panel finalized, mounted, and the harness ran through the dash

Those switchs are awesome! Thinking that zombie one maybe needed sooner then later, lol.
