Just like everybody else always says: It's about time i stared a build thread before i do any more work to my Jeep. That being said, lets get into it.

Specs:
2000 Jeep Cherokee Freedom edition (Hence the title) 4.0 4X4
Automatic Transmission (Not sure which one) NP231 T-case
4 door White color
Probably missed a bunch of stuff but i will add it later as i remember it, would have been alot easier if i would have started this thread when i started working on the Jeep.

Here it is when i first bought it.

So driving on a little trip 2hrs each way with a trailer made me realize two things:

I need a drop hitch!

I need 2 re-gear!

But the trip was worth it cause I did come back with this!

What have we here!

Why an IRO double shear track bar and bracket of course!

Now I know what everybody is talking about! This thing is pure beef like a Hebrew national hot dog! I will post a comparison pic when I do the install.

Handler 140.

That's the one I'm looking at getting sooner or later.
It's not quite as nice as my Lincoln power mig 140C that I have at work, but it get the job done and I got it used at a good price. The thing I don't care for is the current setting, u can only put it on the a,b,c, or d. On my Lincoln you can put it anywhere like between the a and b for more fine tuning.

I planned on getting some more done on my rack this weekend but this stuff took longer than expected.

This is what the box looked like before.

Trim rings removed.

All carpeted up, ready to put the subs back in.

All bolted up.

Dang there's a bunch of room back there.

Box back in.

Amp rack back in, which I also just carpeted.

After I did the carpeting I installed my double shear track bar and drop bracket.

Rough country bar removed.

Comparison. IRO on top.

Stock bracket removed.

Bracket comparison.

Drop bracket installed.

New track bar installed.

The new track bar and bracket tightened up the steering some. Next up: drop pitman arm!
