This thread is to serve as an inspiration to others modifying their ZJ's. Pretty simple, just post what you did to your ZJ today!

Today I shamefully took my Jeep to get the oil changed because it was to hot to change it myself.

Damn no one camps anymore?
I'm out there tent camping or crawling into the back of the ZJ.
Sad thing is, these diesel motor homes pulling trailers with jeeps loaded on them are getting as good, if not better gas mileage than some ZJ's.

And if their jeep break down, they just load them on the trailer and still have fun out there.

I love my southern Jeeps, I didn't have to Pb blast a thing to do my control arms this weekend!
My next jeep zj will be a southern jeep. I want a low mile 5.2 to be my next dd weekend warrior while the 4.0 is going to be the all out trail rig. Probably wont be ready for another zj till after high school though. By then zjs should be way cheaper than they are now. Even though they are cheap now

Today (well, yesterday) we went exploring in the Rocky Mountains. found some cows and a nice snowy car park the temperature ended up very very cold. not one single issue was to be found with the old girl. So today went and got some new shoes (everyone knows a girl loves shoes!!), as the old ones were a bit slippery in the snow...! lol

I'm missing that Chicagoland weather right now. I left Midway on Sunday night for business in Atlanta. I brought the crappy 60 degree temp with rain down here with me. I'd rather have snow.
My mom drove through it to Chicago for work. I was in class when it snowed. Next class period it was gone.

Ot a month or so ago I bought two of those plastic totes to keep a coat, coveralls and some boots in for the winter. And the other one to keep some recovery gear in. I really need to start buying recovery gear. Untill I build a rear bumper I'm going to get a hitch receiver to put in my hitch and put a d ring on it and a tow strap. I might go to tractor supply Thursday and see if they have something like that. How heavy of a strap should I get?

I might just get one if the kits off eBay. Has a bag gloves 2 d rings. A 30'x2.5" strap. A 10'x3" tree saver and a 8 ton snatch block as well as 4 tire deflators and psi gauge. And a winch blanket. They want 175 for it.

Perfect. Those are all good items, some of which i also need. 175 is fair for all that
