I figured since the other thread started out as talking about making a club, and what clubs are available, we should have a thread that's just dedicated to setting up trail runs.

The title says it all, and it'll be less cluttered.

So, the 9/18/10 Run to Potato Ridge was a success!

Next item on the schedule is Logandale on 10/23/10 according to McRoberts. Seems like we have a few interested parties! Who all is planning to attend?

If there is anything in the meantime, or someone local wants another rig to ride with them, just post up and see if anyone is available!

Here's some info on my new truck

78 J10 Honcho
360 4bl
4sp m/t
No quadratrac
Levi interior
1 owner, he bought it off the transport truck in Dec '77
87k miles
Everything is bone stock! :2thumbsup:

The bad stuff is low oil pressure and quite a few rust spots, but I think I can fix them. Gotta check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, to see what it really is and go from there. It reads about 5-7 now.

Going to make it run good, then tackle the rust.

More pics coming up.

Actually she did have it towed on Friday as well. My house from the outside looks strange being so empty with only one vehicle in the driveway rather then 3 or 4! LOL I'm not holding my breath on her coming back to clean up though. I'm going to tackle her room and bath last in tiny hopes of maybe she'll come back and clean like she said she would. I'm going to knock out one room a night this week and should have the whole house decent by the weekend and then I'm calling a maid service to come make it really good so I'm back to a fresh start like I was before she moved in! It's amazing how one person can be so dirty! There's literally a trail from the kitchen to her bedroom of spilled stuff on the floor. Luckily it's all wood and tile so it just needs mopped up.

Here is the damage from yesterday. It wasn't as bad as I thought but it still pisses me off. I still have to either take the off the bottom bumper or just see if I can get it to bend out without making it worse. It isn't that bad but with my wheels being so wide it rubs like hell.

Crap!!!!! Just realized I forgot to take my drop hitch off the jeep! Poop!!!! Too late since it's gone!
My favorite used car lot now only has one vehicle on the lot. Yet another "Going Out of Business" sale. :2thumbsup:

LOL, definitely not a going outta business sale! Just a selling off of un needed crap! LOL

Don't worry, I'm actively shopping for something to temporarily add to the collection. In the long run the new addition when I find it will create one whole vehicle that would be disposed of as scrap! In fact if anyone has some crazy hair brained project idea come spring time I might have a pretty nice running ford V6 motor to virtually give away if anyone wanted it. It's going to come with probably a whole vehicle and I'm talking cheap... Like couple hundred bucks for the whole thing! LOL
