OK, I stole the idea from the YJ forum but it's a great idea so let this thread be an inspiration for all of us doing mods, maintenance, or repairs to our TJ's! :D

Personally, I installed my trusty Uniden CB into my new Rubicon.

Changed out the axle side track bar bushing. That metal sleeve was quite the pain.
Had the same issue a few weeks back, combination of a chisel and hammer and a acetylene torch did it

I used a mapp torch, two screwdrivers, punch, vise grips, hammer, ratchet strap (to secure it to the axle), 8" c clamp, and a cutoff section of my 48" cheater bar. Glad it's done now.
Yup pain in the ***, all the press did was push the rubber out and that damn brass bushing. Never again

New fenders and wheels. This all cost me nothing, sold the old stuff to buy the new, and still have about $20 in my pocket. Free upgrades FTW
4WP has an awesome deal right now, buy 3 get 1 free on procomp steelies. Didn't want to miss it.

When I first bought it

AFTER WITH NEW WHEELS AND FLARES :D

Now I need some new tires and more lift!

Im fine. haha just had to express my anger somewhere. Ill eventually get around to fixing it sometime soon. I just hate pinion leaks. Not having an air impact at my house contributes to why i hate them.
Do you think you could have a bad pinion bearing? That would cause it to leak no matter how many seals you put in it

Hmm thats a good question i will have to look. Also i have open hubs so the front DS is rarely used unless in 4wd. Is there an obvious way to check the health of your pinion bearing
take the plug out and squirt three good squirts of grease in there, it will stop the leak for a good long time. An old mechanics trick.
