I figured since the other thread started out as talking about making a club, and what clubs are available, we should have a thread that's just dedicated to setting up trail runs.
The title says it all, and it'll be less cluttered.
So, the 9/18/10 Run to Potato Ridge was a success!
Next item on the schedule is Logandale on 10/23/10 according to McRoberts. Seems like we have a few interested parties! Who all is planning to attend?
If there is anything in the meantime, or someone local wants another rig to ride with them, just post up and see if anyone is available!
Had a short break in the rain. Some kind hearted person rolled up the front windows on my full doors. I had about 1.5 inches of water in the rear footwell. Pulled the plugs just in time for it to start raining again.
I'm actually happy it's raining hard enough to actually clean the vehicles rather then just making them look worse like normal! LOL My truck was needing it but it wasn't time for it's annual washing!
There's a nice mud patch at lv blvd and warm springs to windmill. Played around a bit on the way home today. Wish I didn't have to work tonight, be all up in the mud!! Maybe tonight later or tomorrow morning. Hope it rains continuous until around midnight!
I hate mud because of the hour that I am laying on my back with a pressure washer getting it off of everything before it gets all boogered up too bad. Even going down wheeler's pass to the Pahrump side sucked in the rain. The mud was caked with small pebbles and it was pretty destructive to the undercarriage
Big thanks to spaceball for all the help with my truck. Friendly ford is taking care of me big time. Apparently my warranty does cover towing and hopefully I'll get it shipped over there today. Thanks again spaceball.

Now I can go wheeling again. I did go when it was raining today and it's so nice having 4wd.
