Just looking for some jeepers in and around Charleston, SC. Should have the jeep back down there by the spring. Want to make sure there are some people to do some wheelin with. Also, looking for some good spots. Most the spots I hit with my buddies in high school were illegal...and I don't need any trouble!
They are a shop in north Charleston off of ashley phosphate. There is a guy there that worked for jeep and he posted an add on low country jeep club so I went and checked it out. It's a legit shop. I'm going to go with them.
Hey Everybody! Just figured out that there was a SC Forum. I'm from Summerville, currently in Afghanistan. I'll be home at the end of August and will be looking forward to meeting up with some of you guys.
Howdy. I Live in Summerville, right on the edge of Goose Creek- but am currently in Afghanistan at the moment as well. At least for a few more weeks (thank God).
Might try to meet up on a day off and hit some of the old log roads out in the FMNF.
Cool man I bet you can't wait to get home. I work in Georgetown at the coast guard base. I'm putting in my package to go to Bahrain next month. Hopefully I get selected to go.

I am aslo in Charleston. I live in west ashley and work in summerville. Getting rid of my 4runner and working on a 5.9 ZJ right now. I have been to Gulches and would love to go back when I finish my jeep. Does the club still meet up?
I've got my brother's jeep in Charleston this weekend. Pretty stock with 2"BL, 2"Coil Spacers and 33x12.5's. I'd like to meet a few local jeepers and hit some trails. Anyone got Charleston wheeling plans this weekend?
We have a group going to Uwharrie this Friday.
You're welcome to come.
I'm sure you figured it out, but there's nothing here...So we gotta go elsewhere.
Ricky
If you go, look for us:
What kind of drive is it to Uwharrie. It will be a month or so till mine is done, but would like to go up sometime. Not sure I will be able to hang with your bad a$$ rig.
It is about a 4.5 hour drive and the trails are very do-able in a jeep with minimal mods..
Don't worry about keeping up with us... I am very calm now  and certainly don't use my jeep to it's potential..
Mostly, we just go and have a good time..
Just about every obstacle has a go-around.
If it is raining, than all bets are off, it gets slick..
Come to one of our Lowcountry Jeep Club meetings.
We meet 2nd Tuesday of the month at Sonic on Rivers Ave North Charleston.
We have a Facebook page now.
FB request sent as well! I'll try to make it to Sonic next month. What time?
