This is the early notification (until the flyer & registration links are made):

Hey Jeepers!!! Citrus County Jeepers would like to invite ya'll to our 3rd Annual Jeep Jam & Truggy Event on March 24th, 2012 to be held at the Horse Hole Creek 4x4 Off Road Park located at 13210 SE US Hwy 19, Inglis, FL 34449.

We have been late getting the word out due to our having to find a new location and have more room to play this year. Citrus County Jeepers are excited to create another BIG annual Jeep event with multiple off-road courses in Florida. We've been hard at work getting everything planned for this years event. Should be a lot of fun! Hope everyone can make it.
More information & registration details will be available soon.

Thank you for your continued support!!

It is now official, Xtreme Jeep has made it possible to have camping over night at the event (Saturday Night). They have fronted the money to pay for security to be there allowing us to do this. We need as many people as possible to camp to help them recoup as much of the cost as possible. The fee to camp will be $15/person with kids 12 and under free. You must be packed up and out by 10am Sunday morning. Payment can be sent in with your preregistration or mailed to (please make sure you include your information and specify that this is for camping):

Phil Rose
Jeep Jam Registration
3808 N Grapefern Way
Beverly Hills, FL 34465

Payment should be postmarked by 3/10.

You will be able to go back on the courses after the event is over until dark. When you are finished wheeling you are free to crack open a cold one and relax the night away.

Cash at the gate is definitely OK for the event. You should be fine doing that for camping as well, although pre-registering is recommended for camping and will guarantee you a spot.

Almost there, adding some finishing touches and finalizing the advanced moderate course. The anticipation is getting intense.

The stock course is 1.2 miles long and is a blast, fun for stock and built Jeeps alike.

Here are a few more last minute pictures, so if you want to see more you are going to have to see it in person.

You definitely can, you can keep getting in line and run them all day long, and if you are camping there you can keep going until dark.

Am I to understand you can only camp on property Saturday night? If so is there any possibility of a change to add Friday camping? We are coming from Orlando and I know others are coming from farther away. It's much easier to drive at night and camp then to get up at 4am and take off in the morning.... LMK thanks

You are correct, just Saturday this year.
We will see how the response is this year and possibly have Friday next year.
I'm pretty sure the Orlando Jeep Club is camping at Holde Mine in the Citrus WMA on Friday night. I'm sure they would be happy to have other Jeepers join them.
Trail Head Ranch is probably the closest camping to the Event, i'm sure there will be a bunch of Jeepers there.
My wife is going so I will probably be at the Days Inn Crystal River, it's about 15 miles south of Horse Hole on 19. It has a denny's and bar onsite and there are a few cool restraunts/bars close by.
Come on over friday, you have plenty of options. If you happen to be in Crystal River keep in touch, i'll be around somewhere having fun.
