JJUSA - French Lick, IN
Oct 6-8, 2011
The weather was perfect. Low 80s, sunny, and dry. It seemed that the trails were not as dusty as they were last year.
84 participant jeeps, and 20 trail guides, for 7 groups.
Down by 20 or so Jeeps from last year which made for nice sized groups.
We were once again in the Black Group (aka The Pirates) which is one of the groups for stockers or newbies. We had 16 Jeeps, which 3 were guides. Hondo and Hiker were fellow Pirates.
Sporting the new 265/75R16 MT/Rs for their maiden voyage.
Our co-pilot and group mascot:
(she wears a harness, and is clipped in either in the front seats or riding on the mountaineer rack in the rear)
Mine and HikerXJ in his new Green JKU Sport.
Hitting the dirt:
Jeep Creek (several Jeeps went 3 wheeling here
