I am currently enrolled as a physics major and also want to do engineering. I think I am leaning towards mechanical engineering.

I figured something like this when you mentioned all the tools that you bought. It is incredible how expensive the tools are.

Idk I think it had something to do with changing the fuse
Replacing a fuse shouldnt hurt your amp, If you didnt change it for a higher amp fuse, and the fuse amp size is correct. The fuse is There for protection of your amp, Must have been a reason why it blew in the first place, some kind of shortcut or overload, or maybe overheat. Most amp have protection against overheat though. No offence but Kenwood Are houshold product like dishing machines and Stuff.
Rofl!

You may have hurt it If your output side and load wasnt conected properly, What have you hooked up to the output side, have you bridged it or gone down at ohms?

Throw it as hard as you can on the counter at the shop you buyed it and demand your money back, Go Get a Rockford Fosgate or another quality amp.

I agree if the fuse blew, there was an issue to begin with. the two red wires that go to amp both look positive to me to in the previous pictures...

Kenwood stuff is crap unless it is the eXcelon then its decent then the high end excelon is the good stuff. Haha. That is only why my deck is a high end excelon from kenwood. The rest is memphis high end and high to mid range alpine amps.

When do you plan to bring it up to Blackburgs?

#1,721 ·
Deposited my 2 checks today and I have 600 bucks in the bank, if I can find someone to swap rims with me for 16s I am 8 dollars away from duratracs if I have to keep my rims I am $174. If I can control myself I should have the money by next pay check, then all I need is another like 400 bucks for a lift :)

Awesome dude! Sounds like a good day! I'm trying to limit spending and I'm getting a credit card... -.- hahaha

Ha good luck with that! I have a debit card and I'm damn glad I do, if it were a credit card, I'd have a IRO lift, rims, and duratracs, iceland bumpers, a winch and be in thousands of dollars in debt by now haha.

I like it though because if I have some cash I will just spend it but if I have to use my card then it's usually something important. It helps me save better.

HAHAHA that is a very true statement right there!

My front DS is 36 inches long and 38 inches yoke to yoke..but at three inches you should be fine

Sent from my crackberry
Well I do not think that this one from eBay is going to fit!?!?!?! 31 inches from u-joint to u-joint

#1,729 ·
hmm that one may not fit... unless your axle is stretched some already... the guy listed as 31 collapsed and it extends 4 inches...

#1,731 ·
Your WJ shaft is 33 inches?

The ZJ shaft is 31 inches?

#1,733 ·
the drive shaft on the WJ doesn't extend? what happens under flex?
