I want to see what you have. Looking for ideas. My goal is to run 35s w/ 2" suspension and 1" body, tube fenders, limit the up travel, cut the rear a bit.
For tire clearance all I need win the body lift is around 2" of less, but since I have the longer front shocks, and slightly longer bumpstops, I like having about 3/4" of "extra" shock uptravel after it's on the stops so I don't have to worry about bottoming the shock.
The current configuration is the best/easiest/cheapest all around lift I have ever built, and the Savvy springs should make it that much better.
There is not one aftermarket weld on my entire LJ (I am about to truss the axles though" and I did every 5 fairly easily, except Vertical Challenge, and Schafners Hollow, at Superlift in Hot Springs. And I didn't try them because we ran out of time.
I have the UCF no body lift (if used on a non rubi) one. If I had a standard trans I wouldn't have needed the body lift. I would have used a lopro mount. I tried to do the tuck without the lift, but it put the trans bellhousing into the firewall.
I'm going to try to mod the factory mount, and see if I can get it low enough to ruck more.
