Ok, before I get a ****ton of flack, I know this question is common but I am frustrated to HELL trying to find an answer. I am buying a set of OME 2'' lift springs this week, and I am going to upgrade my shocks along with the springs. Does any other company make an affordable 2'' lift shock for the WK besides OME. 80 bucks a shock isn't the greatest thing in the work for the pocket.
I think they are actually cheaper than the Bilsteins or however it is spelled. Some one else just made a thread about this. Take a look there to see what he found.
I've got set of used Skyjackers that the offroad shop spec'ed for me when I ran my RRO lift. I moved up to the OME shocks when I put on the OME lift kit. Make me a reasonable offer for them. PM me if you are interested.
I wish OME would make a nice rear shock for us Superlifted guys. I see they have different shocks, The ugly WK shocks and the nice wrangler shocks with a black dust sleeve and purty can.
I have a rough country 2 inch spacer lift. I was wanting new springs, if I got old man emu would I be able to use those springs with my stock shocks and 2" spacer lift?
From what I heard man, If you do the RC lift and the OME it will SERIOUSLY mess with your IFS. Thats why I'm saving cash for the full OME shocks and springs instead of the RC
Keep in mind jba has had alot of issues with bilsteins or how ever they spell it... problems like leaky shocks and bending and such. Just throwing tha out there
