Started installing my Clayton long arm kit....got the stock front suspension off, new mounts welded and front LCA on (not torqued)

Took off the front bumper fascia to get Kroil on the front swaybar bushing mount bolts. Found out that I still couldn't get one of the four bolts from there...grrr. Let the three that I was able to access soak... Moved on to the rear, removed the driver's side bushing, lubed it up, but couldn't get the bolts to turn all the way back in. More grrr. All this trouble from rust.

sigh... Hopefully the kroil I put on will work some magic between now and tomorrow/Tuesday...

PS: I'm trying to fix the squeak squeak from bad OEM swaybar bushings....

Tired of my ****** gas mileage, so...

-Wix Air filter
-Wix Fuel Filter- What a PITA.... took about an hour to remove since I was scared to break the fittings and plastic lines and about 20 seconds to install.
-PCV valve
-Wix OIl filter
-Mobil-1 5w/30

Later this week will be my Saguaro front shackles, Front passenger window regulator (2nd time), rear hatch struts!

Installed a remote start. I will pay someone next time! Too much of a hassle. It works, but missing some features at the moment.
HaHa! Biggest PITA ever!!! Shops can't be making much profit on them things. Pretty involved for what they charge. I'll prob never do my own again.

Talked to Ryan Chase with Rough Country and ordered upgrade kit to convert from standard 4" lift to the X series. If anyone ever has issues, get ahold of this guy. Great customer service. RC is lucky to have him.

I did the one on my xj and it was a royal pita cause I had to wire up relays for the door locks and bypass my viper alarm. With the 455j doorlock interface and factory alarm and everything though the wj is not that bad.

Fixed my front door speakers. Cut the wire at the quick connect when I did the quick removal mod. Hopefully going doorless saturday!
