RedZJ Super Slow Build Thread **WHAT LONG ARMS SHOULD I GET?**

This is in no way going to be an extreme build and or a fast build... Just yet.

(1/10/11) my plan for now in 3.5 inch IRO lift with 33's, bushwhackers and custom front and rear bumpers...

Here it is...

I first got my jeep about 2 years ago for 700 dollars with a blown transmission.

Just when I was ready to buy my lift I did this..

Dont ya just love dear????

So I had to dish out some money to fix the rad, trans cooler, grill, lights and so on.

Then I got new rims, rubbers and some stickers :]

Then I got a new tent in order to work on the jeep.. Kinda over killed. Its ment to fit 10 Wheelers.. xD

Around 3/14/2010 i put a new radio in... I LIEDDDDD. White Dotte put it in

And a CB

The next thing I did was added some HID's. I work at night and need the light :]

That wasnt enough, so I added 3 Hella 500's

Then she got super Swampers..

Then a Snorkel

Since my battery tie down broke.. I just had to get a real one.. :]

Here is how it sits right now. Stock on 29 TSL's. HID Head Lights, 2 HID fog lights, 2 130 Fog lights soon to be HID.

OK. SO Now lets get this thing rolling. I have the 3.5 inch lift. Just need 2 days to be nice out.
Plus I am going going to be doing the 242 swap also. Here is the lift for now.

Ok, I will be updating if questions or comments are posted.. and ill update with new stuff as it happens.

Dont sit back and enjoy, because this will be slow.. xD

Do u have any info on whatyou used to build the snorkel?
I can get measurement if you want.

Used a ford wind star air box. (V8 Ford F150 air boxes would be a smarter choice)
PVC pipe. 2 and 1/2 I believe.

Ill get more pictures for you tonight. (Just got off work, Im going to bed now :D)
Ill get measurements for you on monday (if you want)

Flat black, I didn't forget about you. I've been super busy with work. Today was the first time I got to even look at the jeep and that ended up being a mess.

Put my 3.5 inch lift on it.
Just when we were putting the control arms on thefront... It hit me. I forgot to order the trac bar. Lol.

Had to take the lift off and put all the stock **** back on.

Just picked this up. Putting it in once my IRO adjustable s come in.

high pinion Dana 30 out of a 1990 Jeep cherokee. It has a clayton high clearance axle bracket kit installed by A to Z fabrication, ruff stuff diff cover, new wheel bearings, new brake pads, 3.55 gears, open, knuckles drilled to 3/4" to run heim joints or tie rod flip kits.

Did this a few days ago. Got ban on JF because someone got butt hurt.

Here is what I did. Ill get new more pictures tomorrow.

The axle is in. The lift is on.

:D

Just have to pick up some bolts from the hardware store tomorrow.. broke a few things.

Here are some random pictures. (nothing good. Will get lift pictures tomorrow.)

I believe these bushings should be connected to the control arm :D It explains my vibrations and play in the rear.

I think you should paint your gold centers of your rims red. Oh yea the green door to. It would all match then. Cant wait to see how the inserts work out i wanna run a flipped tie rod also
