Nice Jeep and wheels!
There's a thread going in this forum, looking for pics of those wheels. You should post up.
How do you like them? I was told the 15x8's weigh 19lbs ea, opposed to a black D steelie weighing 28lbs or so ea.
I love them. The only thing I don't like is the center cap. It only attaches on one side. I've emailed Black Rock and told them they should change this design.
Oh and for those wondering, I was running the 4" lift with 35s and a t-case drop with no vibes at all. I've now got an SYE and CV dirveshaft but it was mainly to get more clearance and to make my jeep buddy's girlfriend stop asking me if my Jeep was lowered
yeah i had a 4" tera flex and had no problem with my drivshaft... most people with just 4" of lift dont to a sye unless they are longarmed or wheeling hard..
thanks, sorry I started an off topic discussion.
I know they are all different as well. from what I have read 4.0 w/ auto trans has the most trouble with vibs at even 2.5"s of lift. where as old style 5 spds, do not
I may start a new thread with a poll.
I'm cutting it close to my budget simply with the lift, tc drop, and tires. I know I won't have the sye/ cv shaft option for many months from now. so it's a gamble I guess. edit: I'm even tempted to run ATs b/c they are about $200 cheaper total
I think I can live with 4.10s and 35s, as I see many have dealt with, but major vibs may not wait if I get them.
plus its my DD
