This thread is to serve as an inspiration to others modifying their ZJ's. Pretty simple, just post what you did to your ZJ today!

Today I shamefully took my Jeep to get the oil changed because it was to hot to change it myself.

started tearing into the jeep today in preparations of my plans for it this weekend. took off the arb. sanded it down and put on a few coats of new paint. adding more tomorrow. replacing hub, fixing headlight, and maybe adding more coil isolators for extra lift. also i have a question for yal, if a 5.9 at the picknpull has all skids and tow hooks, does that mean it has the upcountry springs?

Eliminated Bar Pins.

Installed the JKS Bar Pin Eliminators I have had on the shelf for a year. I dont know if those do anything yet, but I hope the clicking noise that has developed lately will be improved. They sure look purdy . No pics, but who really hasn't seen front shock mounts.

Put 2 coats down of satin black Krylon Fusion over the gray plastic cladding and rear bumper (yes I am too lazy to take them off  )

Here's some pics of the progress. I still need to add one more coat and see how it looks from there. Sorry in advance about the poor quality cell pics, my phone usually takes pretty good ones, but they suck at night for some reason.

Just finished taping everything up:

After 2 coats:

Hi gents Im new to Jeeping and im loving it, I have a 1996 grand cherokee limited all the electrics work and I am stoked with it. So far I've installed a iron-man suspension kit with steering damper, and a set of Mickey Thompson 5-rib A\T which look awsome on it. I can promise that there will be much more to come.

Cheers Simon

By the way Im from Perth western australia. And I love what you Yanks do with your 4x4s. Sorry TRUCKS!!!!!:rofl:
