Alright I started this post so I can get a feel of what you guys think about our YJ kits, I know that in the past we had leaf spring problems but we have gone to a different manufacturer and they are giving us a much better quality spring. Let me hear the good, the bad, the ugly. I want to be the link that will let us know what the YJ community thinks we could improve and what you want in a kit.

Feel Free to email me at ans@roughcounty.com or rchase@roughcountry.com:thumbsup:

There is a guy here in town, has a 4" RC lift kit, new in boxes, purchased 18 months ago... only wants a c note for everything. It's just that everything I read about this issues you folks encountered with the "old" leaf supplier, made me weary of the purchase. No sense in being penny wise and pound foolish....

i ordered my 4" lift for my yj on nov 18 and got it on the 21st which was awesome. i talked to a guy named rusty and he helped me out alot. service was great. i opened everything and went through it all and was very pleased. i got one suggestion though. ya need to throw in a detailed list of every bolt and nut in there, im lost. the directions havent helped me out at all. luckily my buddy is helpin me out with it. if you could (vendor) send me a pic of the tcd kit bars for the yj kits. i got the bars but they dont seem to go with the instructions. i maybe wrong but id like to see if i got the right ones or not. other than that i was pleased with the shipping, the packaging and the customer service. thanks alot

I had to look twice at the pic, but if you look close, you can see its the shackle mount that makes it look like a boomer shackle on backwards.

Bought an rc lift like 3 years ago, in less then a year, i bent the driver side leaf on a 90 degree angle. called up. no help. sent emails. no answer. finally got sick of waiting and ordered a new rc lift, and i have had no problems. my jeep dont sag yet (knock on wood) and yes the ride is a lil rough, but ill leave it at that. i enjoy my lift. just wish ya'll could have helped me out when i needed it. OH WAIT, then after i ordered my new lift, i finally got an email back. and it only said, sir we are sorry that we can not respond back to the hundreds of emails we get a day! i was Pi$$ed

I am sorry for the experience that you had but trust me allot of things have changed since then. I have been with the company for about two years and I have been put in charge of answering emails and even though it is hundred of emails every day I make sure to try and answer them when they come through. Customer service is very important to me and I know what it is like to get the run around.

Yes you will. If I need them for my 2.5" kit I would almost garantee that you will.
