Promo till the end of the month, and it's such a sweet deal! ( look at magnetmans signature)
I'm ordering mine next Friday.

Plan on making a lower chip gaurd on my silveraldo, and clean up a little surface rust while I'm at it.

But that will be my testing ground.
I'm planning a Total mc coat for my tj. Grey floor, apocolapse orange tub with preditor green accents, it's going to look like a matchbox car :)
But since my jeep is my toy I enjoy with the kids, they will love the bright colors.

Orange body, green roll bar,hinges/headlight bezels, grill inserts, and nerf bars(to help the kids get in)
Think it will be to much?
I'm on my phone, lap top is busted any links?

Im assuming 1 gallon would be enough to do inside a 4dr XJ? how does this stuff hold up to the heat of the floor? and does it offer and sorta insulation to reduce heat?

I'm planing on spraying, but with the low cost of the better gun I'm gonna go that way. Plus I have a few projects I plan on doing with it. I think your thin it down a little to spray too.

I'm wondering how it will work over powder coat, I have a cargo cage that has a little surface rust, I'm thinking about getting that chassy saver then spray on liner. But since its allready a ruff powder coat I probably don't have to ruff it up more.

You still need to scuff over powder coat regardless of what the surface is like, rough or not

I am getting ready to monstaline today. I prepped and put some chassis saver down on the high traffic areas yesterday, but I am a bit concerned, after seeing these pics, that I may not have done an adequate prep job.

My rig is solar yellow so the glossy sheen will of course be harder to see than some of these darker colors on here, but it is hardly noticeable where I have scuffed up the paint. Is this just because of the color, or do I need to really get in there to scuff it up?

I used the single provided scuffer with the kit and spent about 30-45 minutes total with it, tearing it into 3 sections. I'll try to post a pic if that helps.

Also, how many extra rollers are you guys buying to coat the TJ tubs? I bought the mini-kit with the two small rollers and the foam pad, but do I need a couple other bigger rollers? I used the only big roller yesterday rolling on the chassis saver. Are you guys even using it?

My 5 yr old was watching his favorite movie and spotted this

He said that's like your jeep daddy, just a different color.

I thought it might be fun to try bloodbath and yank my doodle and try something like that.
I know I got a tj, but he wouldn't know, and probably most people wouldn't notice either.

Dumb idea?
My jeep is basically a kid play toy, every weekend I take atleast 2 kids 4wheelen with me. Gives me a excuse not to try stupid things, and take it pretty easy on her.

You are right. Most wouldn't know. Most that did know would think it was awesome. I am somewhere in between. I might ot notice it was a tj because the idea was friggin awesome!

I hate to say you have to be careful with the graphics. Have been two vehicles here in Portland that have been thwacked by legal crap. One was a gi joe clone and the other was a Barbie clone. Seems like free advertising from fans to me but the legal folks have nothing better to do that to work cases where someone is ot paying royalties for their property. I see it both ways.

I'm just sayin!

I am planning to monsta my zj but the paint on the hood and roof is cracking and peeling off. What do you recommend I do.. I'm worried that after I roll it that the paint underneath will flake/peel causing the monsta to do the same. Would chassis saver over the entire jeep do it?

How much would you think for my job? I have a yj. The plan would be to "paint" the exterior the lime green color, roll the entire tub and accessories (hinges, bumpers, mirrors, hood vent, etc) with black. And possible black on my wheels. Maybe a gallon of green and a gallon of black?
