What would cause a hard vibration from the rea thanksrend when tires breakloose in loose terrain while in 2 wd. There are arb air lockers that are switched to the unlocked position the rig is new to me. Ive never messed with air lockers.

Is it common? I have had several cj's, and this one is new to me. What are the potential problems with it? Is it a weakness on the trails or will it cause future mechanical problems? My offroading is mostly just getting from home to hunt spot. (Very light) the jeep is built way beyond my needs but, the price was right, and it drove great. Any pointers on prevention?

Sorry if my previous post sounded mean. Forgot to put my normal

Judging by the picture in your profile, you are Spring Over Axle. I'm not entirely sure though. If you can confirm this then we can help you address your problem and maybe others as well. Post pictures of your rear axle, close up of the side of your jeep focusing on the skid plate, and the front axle from the front of your jeep by hosting them through photobucket or other hosting site.

You are correct(spring over). I almost didnt even look twice at this jeep because of that. I have had some real bad handling issues in the past with sprig-over but i took a drive in this thing and it handled very good. most of my driving is on road. I will post a pic shortly.j
