If you're talking about the same one I'm thinking of (Green Valley Range?) then I heard a lane rental was $20... am I wrong in thinking that price is a little steep? I know it will probably be crowded, and I've never been to an indoor range so maybe that price is normal
I hate indoor ranges 2 damn loud and filled with nuts.

I guess it depends where you live. Just think about the price of gas and time spent driving out to the desert to go shooting.

Just as long as it is not like the indoor range that I went to in va...they required you to buy ammo from them. The owner claimed that it drastically reduced his insurance rates. The ammo was not walmart cheap, but it was not Bass Pro Shops high either

Misspelled and auto corrected on my phone

We dont have any indoor shooting ranges in pahrump so you got to the desert or find an outdoor range and get permission from the owner

Huh, just saw my CCW is no longer recognized in Nevada as of 6 days ago. Oh well...

So I stopped in at Nevada Guns and Gear on Stephanie at American Pacfic on my way home tonight. They just opened last week and the store is still pretty bare as they continue to get stocked up. I spoke to one of the partners named Grant and he seems like a real down to earth guy. They are planning on carrying a lot of outdoor and prepper type gear in addition to firearms. I asked about reloading supplies (powder, primers and bullets) but its not something they plan on getting into at first. Since it is literally right around the corner from me I look forward to see what they have to offer.

I am going shopping this weekend for a good, single stack 9MM compact or sub-compact for a CC gun. Currently trying to find an LC9, a Kahr CW9, or a used Walther PPS. Any that I am missing that I should take a look at if I can find them?

I think glock makes a single stack 9. Not 100% sure on that though. I'm still kicking my self for not buying Marns sr9c but that was a double stack. I am currently looking for a decent deal on a LC9. If I come across anything ill let you know.
