no trailer queen here-- she drives to all trails, does the dirty and drives home. In summer tow a camp trailer as well. The DD is a Chevy 2500 HD with 8.1l and Allison 1000. (awful MPG. Saw 3.19 here today-- been a long time since we saw it that low).Again, thanks for sharing these links, as the pics are always awesome!

Congrats on the tires! I also run a 258/T-176/4.10s with 33x12.5x15 MTRs. I changed from 2.73 gears and 31x10.5x15s. HUGE difference. The 33/4.10s are a great setup! My buddy has 4.10s and 35 inch KM2. Nice work with the tire carrier. :thumbsup:Well...I had this empty spot on the back where there used to be a tire carrier, then a coworker gave me his original tire carrier off his '76 CJ5, but it didn't look like it was up to the task of holding my spare (plus I want to move up to 35's eventually). So I over-engineered and over-built some "security" using 1/8" steel plate and 3"x4" angle iron, all of which came from either my company's scrap pile or cut out from old Oil Well Pumping Units. Plated the outside and secured it in the tub, then reinforced the back side of the fender-wells, basically if this thing breaks I did something horribly wrong. I know someone will comment on the fender washers inside the tub, but don't worry they will get replaced.
