Commander door seals

Has anyone had problems with door seals leaking on their Commander, and if so, did Chrysler take care of it ?

I never saw any leakage in the wife's truck, but the carpet is soaked after a heavy rain. Chrysler says they're leaking at the bottom, both the door and body seals, but I don't see any damage to either one. They're not loose or pulled away, I checked. And, of course, Chrysler won't warranty them.
But there is a TSB to reseal the body at the roof/bodyside junction.

Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem......Its driving me crazy and I want to kill someone at the dealer.

I had the same problem with my WK. I would see a little water on top of the driver side-body mounted weather stripping right on the corner near the dead pedal and I noticed one day when taking my mats out to vacum the bottom of the mat was wet. Since I have a sunroof that was my first thought, so I checked all the drains and they were flowing fine. I "added" a little drain hole in that area of the weather stripping and also put some double sided mounting tape between the door and the weather stripping on the door where there are gaps in the attachment points. One last thing I noticed was that it seemed to be worse if I parked and the nose of the Jeep was lower than the rear. Now I try to park nose up everywhere but I haven't had a leak since I made those little changes.
