Where: Big Easley Property: Easleyville, LA

When: Sunday, July 15, 2012

Meeting Place: Nick's Grocery in Easleyville at the corner of Hwy 43 and Hwy 38 ready to leave 8:30 AM

Cost: $10 for LA4x4 Club Members, $20 for non-members

There is an area for trailers and tow rigs across Hwy 43 from Nick's Gorcery. Be sure to pull back far enough to clear the parking lot.

Also, clippers or a machete is always a good thing to bring out there. The foliage grows like crazy and a little trimming while in line is always appreciated.

This is very tempting. Even if it is 2 1/2 hours away. What kinda trails is it? I've never been to any rides or trails before, so I've been waiting for something like this.
I'm driven one hour, Easley property is one of the best for beginners, easy and mild challenging hill

So it seems like my dad is alright with it. So I'm gonna try to make it. :2thumbsup:
Now just a couple of questions. What should I bring? Also, does the trail have really bad flex spots, because one of the things I haven't gotten yet is extended brake lines and I would hate to snap them 2 hours away from my house.

If you've never been on a trail ride MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TOW POINTS FRONT AND REAR. Theres nothing worse than being in the middle of a bunch of jeeps and the guy in front of you has no tow points and gets stuck.

Is this an open 4x4 land or is it you gotta know somebody kinda thing. I'm always looking for more spots for our club and is only about 2 hours from us. Is there camping? Thanks. I need to keep a better eye on this forum. This is the 3 or 4 ride in LA that sounds fun that I've missed.

Yea I saw that one too. We are going to PLO with SMJC and Mid-South is supposed to be there I believe. With your permission I would like to join y'all sometime in the next couple months, of course if there's enough room for us. It's always fun to go with other clubs. I'll keep an eye on this forum and talk to the club and see if they wanna go and give you a ruff number? Just trying to find new trails and some new jeepers..
