Just looking for some jeepers in and around Charleston, SC. Should have the jeep back down there by the spring. Want to make sure there are some people to do some wheelin with. Also, looking for some good spots. Most the spots I hit with my buddies in high school were illegal...and I don't need any trouble!

Ricky,

I am new to the forum here! I do not want to break any rules associated with the B/S/T sections of this forum. With that being said, I have something I would like to put up for sale locally. Is it possible to list it in this local forum being that it deals with local SC jeepers? I appreciate any advice that you can offer.

Our local club is getting lots of new people lately. We are happy to have new members, and no more dues. The club decided that dues are no longer needed, and our T shirt sales will more than likely sustain the club.
Even at $10 each, the club makes money.
Ollieg843, I am also on JI and can get you new jeep parts and excellent prices.
Hopefully we will see everyone at the North Charleston Sonic (Rivers Ave), March 13th..

What's up everyone? Been on the forum for a little while and didn't know there was a sc section. I have an 08 jk lifted on 35s and wheel as much as possible. Me and some guys wheel in sangaree. Never have had any issues except getting stuck. Lol I will be checking out the website in a little bit. Always down to meet up with new keepers.

We'll be at Sonic next month on the 10th.
Rivers Ave. Sonic April 10th @ 7pm

We are headed to URE, April 20th for the weekend, so there should be a good turnout at the meeting.
I will make sure we have some club t-shirts at the meeting too.
See y'all next month..

Really wish I could have made it out to meet you guys tonight. Have an 88 YJ that I'm having issues with. Think it's mostly carburetor related but I'm not incredibly mechanically inclined (would love to learn). Do you guys know of any shops that are good with older Jeeps? Most don't want to fool with it because it's not fuel injected. I'd like to replace the carb (already bought a weber 32/36) and do the nutter bypass. I have tools, but would need some direction to do it myself. Thanks for any help or direction that you guys could give.

I spoke with my guys yesterday. They are finishing up a job and are going to stop by my house this weekend. I will see what they charge.
Are you wanting front and rear lockers?
If you get a minute, send me part numbers of what you want. I will price them for you.
