Well today i got bored and being that it was my second time opening up my gauge cluster for LED's i decided what the heck and let me make a really detailed write up for those who may care and might look for how to do this in the future. Well as i said its really detailed and very simple.. i was bored but it will help those who never did it before..

Here it goes. ..

I ordered my LEDs from a company called V-LEDs.com, i will put an exact link to the bulbs you will need for this conversion from stock to LED and you have the choice of which color to choose. I would like to say that this company is really amazing and has really good customer service, i had a problem and without delay they fixed the problem. So order from them because they are really good and priced well (i think).

For this you will need a knife to open the new bulb packages and a phillips screwdriver, and to unscrew the top screws you can either use a stubby phillips or a 1/4 in socket on a small ratchet like i did.. and one more thing is if you have a small needle nose pliers you can use it too.. Oh and gloves if your like me and cut yourself every five seconds..

Order HERE and choose color.. (youll need only 5 but they come in pairs)

well depending on what state you're in, will depend on if they will care or not..

It is not the emmisions people, it is the title bureau people. They care.

If you do go to a shop thats registered with chrysler, or to a dealer, they are able to look into your milage history and find that you have gained 5k miles out of thin air, but that is possible to do....

They usually only look for milage discrepancies if it looks unusually low

Clicked on your OP link for the bulbs and ordered them, $17 after shipping and had them in my hands three days later. Took me about 15 minutes to disassemble the dash and install the lights. They look great!!! thanks for the help. One note that I did have to deal with is that I had two lights that did not make good contact initially and I had to take them back out and twist them back in. Presto!!!! BLUE LIGHTS....

hey there the link u posted for these LEDS is it the first pg with the little bulbs or do i have to go to gauge leds and purchase from there. just want to no if these r generic bulbs that fit into any gauge or these r just for jeeps. these leds look so nice compared to that factory outdated green and iv been looking for a way to change this up for the longest time and i come across this forum. perfect

just did mine, looks great. i am sure its somewhere in this thread but i wont look through 52 pgs but if u do these bulbs make sure u buy an extra pair just in case one breaks or if one doesn't work because they r tiny bulbs. also if it doesn't work reverse the bulb most likely its in wrong. i bought my bulbs off of eBay much cheaper then the link posted here on the first pg and they look like the same exact bulbs. if your not in a rush to get them its worth the wait from Asia. here is the link http://cgi.ebay.ca/2pcs-74-37-Instr...r_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2eb59a725c
here is a pic of my dash with the bulbs

I want everything green except the temp bar (I have a 98) I want blue and red on that and then on the shifter I want the gear positions green and the indicator white. If that's possible.

Can someone just throw together all the part #'s and everything we need so we don't have to go through 53 pages?

I god super right led customer service to be terrible, did their chat just trying tonfind an actual person to talk to to expedite shipping, they wouldn't give me one, gave me the wrong lights after chatting, so now my dash is led, but my hvac isn't, looks like crap, I will never buy anything from them again, I'm looking fit new vendor

First, it's called grammar... use it.

Second, when I ordered from them one of my LEDs wasn't working right. Sent them an email and they told me to send it back. Sent it back, they refunded my shipping cost, and sent a new one out free. Mind you this was all for a single LED worth a couple bucks. I've also ordered many other things from them including my LED tail lights and courtesy lights and haven't had any issues. Love my tail lights.
