Ok I made this club so I will start

Bought my jeep from a friend for $600.00 but before I even signed the title I sold the rims and tires to another friend with a merc mountaineer for $300.00. Nice part was he paid me in advance. It was kinda weird but he waited a couple weeks to pick them up so that bought me a little time to find a set. Luckily for me I found 5 rims off of a 2006 wrangler with 30" bfg ats in fair condition for $100. So I payed a grand total of $400 all said and done. After that it was on like Donkey Kong and 3 years in the making she went from this:

I traded a moped and a dirt bike for mine. I got the moped for about $150 and I got the dirt bike for $100. So for $250 I had a running ZJ with a five speed. It was light blue and bone stock with 230,000 miles on it. A lot has changed :-)

Thats sweet I want a 5 speed so bad I went and bought one for a swap...hopefully soon

Quarter tank of gas and 500$ later...

A guy put it on CL for $750 saying it would need a new tranny. He couldn't produce the title when I went to get it the first time. So I get him down to $300 for it. Turns out the tranny just needed fluid. Fixed the leak, filled up the trans and she runs fine.

sure why not the more deals the better. Its a great all these deals are out there just goes to show you don't have to spend thousands to get a capable nice comfy off road capable jeep...well you might spend the thousands on parts though hahahahahah
