Lol! I'm still a little weirded out by the random Xterra ppl we meet on the trail...thx Camilo!

Two things,
1, We should plan a trip soon since josh is home and its been a while anyways. Either a day trip or camping light wheeling for a weekend would be good. I'm more looking for the Oct rubicon trip so thats why I say light to mid wheeling as I still got no lockers in and sliders.
2. I know Marcus and I want to shoot for the Oct 1-3 for the Rubicon trip so we can start planning on that for the ones that want to go.

@camilo98... where is the trail in the pics you posted?? im a newbie with jeeps and 4 wheeling and that looks like a good "starter" trail.. not saying that it is.. haha but looks like i can handle it..

That was Frank Raines, its off HW 5 and its an OVH area. I think Marcus would do a better job at telling you about it. I dont think we will be back there for a while, we checked out all the park trails and it was fun but I rather go to Hollister again and do some harder trails there.

I hate Frank Raines, I'm never going back there, every time I do I swear to gawd I think I get a panic attack...Frank Raines is a OHV park off the 5 (take 580 East and then head south on the 5), unfortunately it's closed from June to like Oct or Nov I think due to fire season.

I suggest Hollister for a starter place, let us know when you're available Krissy and we'll see what everyone else is up to.

ok sooo lets get some background on my jeep.. its mine but under my moms name.. so if i F it up ill be in deep shhii... mud.. also, seems im a newbie, again with jeeps and off-roading.. i dont know if my jeep is fully capable.. i mean i know stocks are.. but i have mud tires* on there and the lift, so i dont know for sure if certain runs if ill rub or anything.. how would i go about finding something like that out.. ??

back to when im available.. im pretty much free any time from now(execpt in 2weeks for vaca) till sept when i start school full time so i would only be open on the weekends.. let me know i'm so excited! i cant wait to get her dirty ;)

*tires - i dont know how to tell what size they are, if they 33" or 35" or even different from those.. how do i tell?

Post a picture of your jeep. We will be able to give you a better idea once we see it. Read the side wall of your tires. They should have the measurements there.

@Meag when's Josh leaving again? I'm pretty much gtg every weekend this month except for the 19th to 22nd. If you want to Camilo we can tag team my jeep.


@krissy, your tires should have a series of numbers on the sidewalk like 30x9.5 or 245/60/8 Post the numbers you see and we can tell you the tire size....
