Warranty almost out

OK, so I literally have 12 miles left on my 36k mile bumper to bumper warranty. Last night it threw a P0133...the first time my check engine light has EVER been on. I cleared it and it never came back...the Jeep Dealership is about 8 miles down the road...should I have them check it out anyway? I know it's just the O2 sensor but hey, if I can get a free one out of the deal before the warranty runs out, then I'm going to take it....any ideas??

We had a Dodge Caravan AWD and the fuel pump quit when we were 600 miles from home and at least 5k past the warranty. Our dealer got us a refund on the cost of the fuel pump because of a "Good Will" policy.

if i got this right ..the PO133 code is the upper O2 sensor..it s a emission part and should
be covered under a extended warranty for emissions..

The emission warranty is 8/80, federal. I've replaced PCMs, cats, several items under the emissions warranty.
