Unknown Cover on Backseat

I purchased a 2014 Patriot this last October and am really enjoying it so far. However, the other day I was getting something out of the backseat and noticed what appeared to be a small cover (about the size of a hand) to something laying on the floor of my backseat. I looked all around and can't seem to find where it belongs.

The underside of the cover has the following "OYD78 TRMA", "11006B", "3816", ">PP<" and "CAV.3".

Anyone happen to know where that belongs? Thanks.

Hmm, I'll take a look in ours (also a 14) sometime but it doesn't look familiar to me either.

It looks like the piece that goes on the side pillar, behind the seatbelt where it retracts.
