Trying to add Pat remote start

Howdy all,

I have an '09 Pat with 2.4 and auto that I want to add remote start to.

I purchased the Idata ADS-ALSL-CH module and ADS-HRN-CH5 harness.

The module is flashed with the correct firmware as I did it myself with the cable.

What am I doing wrong as I can't get this thing to work.

Am I missing a piece of the puzzle (system)?

There was a video on the web that showed plugging in the parts, stepping through the programming and shazam you have remote start.

Do I still need a seperate remote start module?

Thanks in advance.

Chris
