Trailer Wiring

Hello,

I am planning to add a trailer hitch/wiring to my 08 Jeep Compass (5 Speed, FWD, North Edition).

I plan to add a 4 pole connector from e-trailer: http://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Fit-V...eid=2008304861

In addition I plan to add a 4-pole to 4/6-pole adapter to allow auxilary power and trailer brake expansion at a later date: http://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-...ler/ETBC6.html

I would also like to add a relay to the auxiliary power circuit to shut off the auxiliary power to the trailer to protect the vehicles battery just incase I leave the trailer connected with a light on.

Is there a place to connect the auxiliary power to the trailer that is already controlled by the vehicle ignition?

If not, if I use a relay like the one offered from etrailer where is the best/easiest place to connect the control circuit pole on the relay to enable power to the trailer through the ignition? http://www.etrailer.com/question-42103.html

Thanks
