tires

whats the largest size tire that would fit on a compass? would it be possible to get 235/65/17 to fit with out any rubbin? and does anyone know how much it would cost to recal the evic?

Briefly, DC says you have to stay with the original size tires and wheels, however, I do feel like there should be an eprom or something similar in the TPMS module that could be reprogrammed. After all, it is just a computer.

thanks gramps for the assistance...i wouldnt want to increase the tire size if the tires i wanted came in the 215/60/17, but as of right now its not made in that size. lookin at gettin the BFG A/T or PERRILE SCORPION ATR. the reason behind this is cause we are on the rock and the roads are not always the best and it can get costly changin tires twice a year from the norm to winter type. again thanks.

what if you dont have the tire pressure monitoring option, then what size tire could you go up to , after the originals wear out?
