Thermostat replacement

I ordered up the thermostats to replace and I'm wondering if they are supposed to come just as the thermostat itself or is the secondary supposed to come as a housing? I saw the housing separate to order so I am assuming the secondary stat fits into and the housing opens up? Any help would be great on this!

I ordered the secondary online from a mopar parts website and it didn't come with the housing.. Just the thermostat.

Do I need to order the housing separate or can I use the existing housing? The thermostat I ordered came with a 95c on the end which equates to 203 f so I am assuming this is the secondary.
