Sunroof wind deflector - worth buying??

Has anyone put one of these on their Compass? I am thinking of buying one to lower the wind noise. Do they really work?

I was wondering the same thing, going faster than about 35mph with the sunroof open is pretty turbulent.

I've noticed that there seems to be a small wind deflector that deploys when I open my sunroof. Not very substantial, but it is there.

Because of back problems, I have my driver's seat elevated pretty high to be comfortable. I dont want the few hairs I have left on my head ripped out by the wind, so if I want fresh air, I just set it to the 'vent' position instead of wide open.

I have the wind deflector on the sunroof. It cuts down on the wind coming into the car at speed. It also puddles the water in the rain (when parked) on the sunroof and it can leak in. Mine is going back for the fourth time to get a sunroof leak fixed. The leak was worse with the deflector on.

Now, I only put it on when we are on a trip and have something on the roof rack. We use it to kick the wind up and over our roof bag.
