Sirius Antenna Installation on a Compass
I'm picking up my Compass on Wednesday; I traded in my 06 TJ. When I got my TJ I did some research and installed the antenna on top of the rollbar under the padding. The cable was easy to route. I remember various installations that I saw on the web and I thought that was the best placement for me. I can't find anything about this for the Compass. I'm guessing I'd put the 'puck' on the roof near the back.....any thoughts? It might be clearer when I get the vehicle, but I thought I'd get some ideas up front.

Here is a link to the thread on how I ran the antenna for my XM radio.

That looks pretty good. I searched the forum for 'Sirius' so I missed that. Where did you get that mount?

I found them on ebay for my radio. I'll wait till I look at the Compass and think about it....but that's a good idea. I had a perfect spot for it in the TJ but I don't think I'll be so lucky this time.

I don't always have the sat radio with me, so I might not want the floor mount there all the time.

The time now is 05:00 PM.
