Roof rack

Dumb question would a roof rack for an 11 compass fit on an 07? There is a couple selling theirs still in original box

The newer Compass's have a different roof connection where the cross bars attach too. Sorry, those cross bars wouldn't work from those years.

Have seen some on eBay with the buy it now option for the new Jeeps though. Try looking on there.

You can buy some cheap ones on Amazon and Ebay, but the problem I had on my '07 model is the brackets didn't fit right. The bolts would penetrate the railing. What I did was bought some washers to shorten the reach of the bolt and this worked well. I've been riding with them for a year, making several trips with loads, and haven't had any problems. You can get the racks online for a lot less than the Mopar price.
