Rear wind deflector, yes or no...tough decision

I have an uninstalled Mopar rear window wind deflector (it was back order).
Always said I would put one on my next SUV. But I'm having second thoughts on the matter. Who has this equipment installed on his Pat? Should I worry about the drilling and holes? The possibility of leaks? Have you encountered problems? Should I go ahead with installation or is it too risky. Is it trully efficient to keep dirt from sticking to window? Dear members, your comments, opinions and experience are welcome to help me make up my mind!
