rear bumper fascia installation

does anybody know how to put the silver rear bumper fascia?

Figure 13-305 here shows how the fascia is attached. The fascias are the same except for the tow hook cut out. A new one is only primed, paint as required. You could add the "bright" treatment with a rattle can of the new plastic or rubber type paint. Several thin coats are better than one heavy coat to prevent runs.
