paint issues

washed the jeep the other day and i noticed that after the jeep was washed the lower half and the rear hatch felt as if it was pitted or still had road grime. used a claybar and it didnt remove anything. any ideas? would this http://www.wkjeeps.com/misc/Caliber/...er_2304607.pdf pretain to what im talking about?

This TSB is referring to horizontal surfaces but going back about 20 years we used procedure "A" on Acrylic Enamels repaints to solve the same problem that your having. We kept it flushed with wated and used a good sanding block.
