Offroading in a Patriot

Anyone taken their Patriot off road yet? I am curious how well it handles it. I have a Ford Explorer right now and it is good on snowy roads but it is not much of an offroader.

I took mine this summer on some pretty severe power line trails. It's the 5 speed, non trail rated model. Had no problem except for one extremely steep grade that it couldn't make, had to find an alternate route. Ground clearance wasn't as good as in the Liberty but just heard more scraping underneath, didn't get hung up on anything. In the snow it's great.
